We serve both Enterprise (sole proprietors) and Sdn Bhd (private limited companies).

With professional expertise in accounting and taxation, Sara ensures that all clients receive accurate, compliant, and personalised financial services.

To get started, please prepare: Bank statements (related to business activities), bills, invoices, and receipts, cash book records, and previous year and current year financial documents. We'll guide you through our simple workflow from document collection to tax compliance.

For Enterprise (Sole Proprietorship): Profit & Loss Accounts, Business Income/Loss declaration (Form B/BE), Yearly Zakat Computation, and tax rate based on individual tax schedule. For Sdn Bhd (Private Limited Company): Full Financial Statements, CP204 submission (1 month before FYE), Audited Financial Statements (due 6 months after FYE), Tax Computation Form C (due 7 months after FYE), and corporate tax rate of 15%-24%.

Yes! We provide complete tax compliance services including Form B/BE filing for individuals and enterprises, Form C filing for Sdn Bhd companies, CP204 estimated tax submissions, E-TCC (Tax Clearance Certificate) applications, and yearly Zakat computation. We ensure your submissions are accurate and meet all LHDN deadlines.
